Aero India 2023 offers India new identification in the world: Rajnath
Bengaluru, (IANS) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said Monday the Aero India Show 2023 has strengthened India’s defense sector and given the country a new identity in the world.
He addressed the audience at the first Aero India Show 2023 at Yelahanka Air Base, Bengaluru.
“Our defense sector has come a long way in recent years. The industry has many achievements to show for itself. These achievements have become mainstays of the Indian defense industry. Aero India is one such pillar. Step by step, this has strengthened India’s defense sector,” said Rajnath Singh.
“Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the country is gaining glory in every field. The country has made a name for itself in the political and economic spheres of the world and has proven to be a strong player.”
“Aero India demonstrates the capabilities of the aviation industry. This show has two important characteristics i.e. altitude and speed. These two traits also symbolize PM’s work personality ” he explained.
“Represents the pinnacle of honesty and devotion to India. The speed was seen in decision making and delivery of results. In the world, India appears as a shining star, drawing many countries with it, said the defense minister.
“Behind all this, if there is any power, is Prime Minister Modi’s ability to make sacrifices for the good of the people,” he said.
Rajnath Singh further said that Karnataka is a land known for science, research and bravery. This country shaped industrialization and contributed greatly to the progress of the country.
“I received Prime Minister Modi last week for three important functions. The first was in Tumakuru, the second in Lucknow and the third here in Bangalore. All three programs relate to industrial and economic growth. Two of them are being held in Karnataka. As a result, we see continued economic and industrial growth of the state and country. These programs also reflect Prime Minister Modi’s strong commitment,” he added.
“Aero India in Bengaluru reflects the industrial and economic development of India, especially Karnataka. 700 Indian and foreign exhibitors present their best products and technologies at the fair. It also reflects the commercial potential and recognition of global and national business ventures,” he said.
