Navjot Singh Sidhu Makes TV Come Back?

MUMBAI – After a five-year break, politician and commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu is going to be seen once again with comedian Kapil Sharma, of which he had been a permanent cast member.

Sidhu, who was replaced by Archana Puran Singh on the comedy show, shared a teaser video on Instagram that quickly stirred excitement and speculation. In the clip, Sidhu is seen back in his iconic seat, while Kapil, surprised by Sidhu’s presence, initially mistakes him for comedian Sunil Grover, who famously impersonated Sidhu on the show. Laughing it off, Sidhu replies, “Look closely!”

Sidhu won’t be reclaiming his former spot on the panel; instead, he’ll be appearing as a guest alongside his wife, Navjot Kaur Sidhu. The episode also features cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his wife, actress-model Geeta Basra. Titled The Great Indian Kapil Show, the episode will premiere on Netflix on November 16.
