LANSDALE, PA-The Philadelphia Rajasthani Mandal (PARAM) has opened the Todi’s Place of Hope, a 20-bed supportive housing facility in Lansdale aimed at addressing homelessness in Montgomery County.

The year-round center will provide short-term transitional housing along with behavioral health services, employment assistance and housing placement support.

PARAM said that the project was made possible through a $1 million contribution from Nand Todi and Shashi Todi through the Todi Foundation.

The organization also highlighted the Todi family’s charitable efforts in India, including the establishment of educational and service institutions in Jaipur, as well as Nand Bhawan and Shashi Bhawan at Apna Ghar Ashram in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. Additional initiatives under Apna Ghar support homeless and vulnerable populations.

PARAM said the Lansdale facility aligns with its broader focus on community upliftment and humanitarian service, and extended congratulations to Montgomery County commissioners, local officials, RHD and project partners involved in bringing the center to completion.
