Canada Puts Deportation of Indian Students On Hold
OTTAWA (ANI) – At the request of Aam Aadmi Party MP Vikramjit Singh Sahney, who is also the International President of the World Punjabi Organization, the Government of Canada has temporarily halted the deportation of 700 Indian students. Sahney explained that these students were victims of fraud, as unauthorized agents had issued fake admission letters and receipts of payment on their behalf, and visas were granted without proper verification. The students have not committed any wrongdoing and are innocent victims of fraud.
Sahney also mentioned that an investigation committee would be formed to look into the matter. Punjab NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal wrote letters to the Indian High Commissioner to Canada and the Canada High Commissioner to India, urging their personal intervention in resolving the issue. Dhaliwal emphasized that the students should not be deported and requested work permits for them, considering their visas. He also sought cooperation from the Punjab Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs to take action against the travel agents responsible for deceiving the students.
Dhaliwal stressed the need for stricter laws to prevent incidents of human trafficking in the future and advised the people of Punjab to thoroughly check the details of colleges and travel agents before going abroad or sending their children for studies.

So you are telling me that these students did not know they were given fake Canadian university acceptance letters by the middle men that they paid big money to do so? Really?? Anyone caught in the visa fraud deserves deportation. But of course, Khalistan supporting Aam Aadmi Party would much prefer to keep them in Canada.
