Green Manchurian
Ingredients

Black pepper powder | ¼ tsp |

For Manchurian Balls

Tomato sauce | 2 tbsp |
Cabbage | ¼ small size |
Carrot | 1 small size |
Onion | 1 small size |
Corn flour | 2 tsp |
Refined flour | 2 dsp |
Refined oil (absorbed) | 2 dsp |
Capsicum | ½ small size |
French bean | 4 piece |
Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
Chili sauce | 1 tsp |
Black pepper powder | ¼ tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Method
- Chop vegetables.
- Add flour, pepper powder, salt, sauce to chopped vegetables, mix and make ten balls.
- Heat oil and deep-fry balls in oil and keep aside.
- Cook spinach in a pressure cooker and make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil, fry ginger and garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, spinach paste, spices, salt and cook till the gravy is slightly thick.
- Deep dip balls into gravy and serve hot.
