Triptii Dimri Becomes First Ever Indian Face For Victoria’s Secret

DUBAI -Bollywood actor Triptii Dimri has been named the first Indian brand ambassador for Victoria’s Secret, marking a first for the label’s formal partnerships with Indian talent.

The historic announcement was made on April 9, with Dimri fronting the brand’s new ‘Summer Signature’ campaign which features sleepwear designed around comfort and style.

While Indian models have previously appeared in Victoria’s Secret fashion shows, no Indian actor or public figure had earlier been appointed to an official ambassador role.

Dimri described the opportunity as a “dream come true” and an important milestone in her career.

She added that the brand’s evolving definition of beauty, centered on confidence, authenticity and embracing every version of oneself, resonated with her.
