Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff Respond To FDA Over Vimal Ad; SRK Reply Awaited

MUMBAI -Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff have submitted their responses to the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over their promotion of Vimal elaichi, while a response from Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is still awaited.

The Maharashtra FDA had issued notices to Devgn, Shroff and Khan seeking explanations over the Vimal elaichi advertisement, which the regulator is investigating for alleged surrogate marketing.

The FDA had sought clarifications from the three actors regarding the advertisement and the claims associated with it. The agency is currently examining the responses received from Devgn and Shroff.

After examining the responses, the FDA will determine whether the claims made in the advertisement and the promotion of the product comply with the relevant regulations. Further action will be taken after the investigation is completed. (IANS)
