‘Citadel’ Duo Samantha And Director Raj Seen In Detroit

DETROIT, MI (ANI)– Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared glimpses of her Detroit  trip, which included attending the 2025 Telugu Association of North America (TANA) convention. Photos posted by Prabhu on Instagram on July 8 showed her relaxing and sightseeing in the U.S.

During her visit, Prabhu was seen with director Raj Nidimoru, her co-director for their recent project, ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’. Images depicted the duo walking and smiling on Detroit streets, with Prabhu in an oversized brown sweatshirt and jeans, and Nidimoru in a navy jacket and denim. Another photo showed them enjoying a meal with friends at a restaurant.

Other shared pictures captured Prabhu relaxing at a cafe in a black T-shirt and cream trousers, wearing large sunglasses. A more personal photo featured her lounging in bed in pyjamas with her pet dog. Her Instagram caption for the series simply read “Detroit” with a heart emoji.

Prabhu and Nidimoru collaborated on ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’, the Indian adaptation of the international spy thriller franchise. The series received critical acclaim, winning Best Series (Critics) and Best Screenplay awards at the Filmfare OTT Awards 2024.
