Gajar Ka Laddoo
Ingredients:
Carrots – 3 big size
Sugar – 5 dsp
Coconut powder – 2 dsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – ¼ tsp
Cooked preparation – 9 laddoos
Method:
- Grate the carrots.
- Heat ghee, add grated carrots, and stir-fry until golden.
- Add sugar and cook, stirring frequently, until the ghee separates.
- Add cardamom and coconut powder.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly so it can be handled.
- Take about 25 g of the mixture and press between palms to form a laddoo.
