Hariharan Family Meets, Presents ‘Vande Mataram’ Vinyl To President Murmu

MUMBAI-Singer Hariharan has shared pictures from his meeting with President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, describing the occasion as a profound honor for his family across four generations.

Hariharan took to social media to reveal that his family presented the President with a special vinyl edition of ‘The Anthem – Vande Mataram’, along with a bespoke turntable.

Calling it a day his family would cherish forever, the singer highlighted the warmth and grace of the President’s reception. He also shared a special moment involving his mother, Alamelu Mani, describing the interaction as an affectionate memory the family would treasure for a lifetime.

Describing music as his offering to the country, Hariharan said, “Music is our humble offering to the nation, and receiving Her Excellency’s blessings in the presence of my loved ones makes this journey truly complete.”
