In Mohrey, Jaaved plays Bosco, a gangster central to the story’s high-stakes drama. Speaking about the series, he shared, “It’s an interesting show… It mainly revolves around gangster Bosco and veteran cop Jabbar. It’s a story about the scars we carry and the lengths we go to for redemption.”
The ensemble cast includes Neeraj Kabi as Jabbar, Gayatri Bhardwaj, Aashim Gulati, Suchitra Pillai, Pulkit Makol, and others. Reflecting on his role, Jaaved expressed hopes that audiences would connect with the series and its characters.
Pulkit Makol, another key cast member, praised the series, saying, “Mukul sir created the series… It’s a fantastic show. I hope the audience watches it and gives it all their love.”

Known for his comedic timing, Jaaved shared insights on how the genre has evolved. “Cinema changes as the world changes,” he said. “In comedy, there’s an old saying: art reflects life, and life reflects art. Unless it’s a period film, it must reflect what’s happening around you. Like music, you see it change over the decades—from the 60s and 70s to now. That’s how it is with everything creative.”
With Mohrey now streaming and Dhamaal 4 on the horizon, Jaaved Jaaferi continues to showcase his versatility, captivating audiences across genres.
