Ingredients:

Lady’s finger – 10 pieces

Oil (absorbed) – 2 tbsp

Gram flour – 1 dsp

Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp

Amchur powder – ¼ tsp

Garam masala – ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the lady’s finger lengthwise into four pieces.
  2. Spread the pieces on a tray.
  3. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, garam masala, and amchur powder. Mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle gram flour evenly over the pieces.
  5. Heat oil and fry small portions until brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
