Kurkuri Bhindi
Ingredients:
Lady’s finger – 10 pieces
Oil (absorbed) – 2 tbsp
Gram flour – 1 dsp
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Amchur powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
- Cut the lady’s finger lengthwise into four pieces.
- Spread the pieces on a tray.
- Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, garam masala, and amchur powder. Mix gently.
- Sprinkle gram flour evenly over the pieces.
- Heat oil and fry small portions until brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
