Optima Global Solutions Marks 25 Years With Inc. Honor

HAMILTON, NJ – Optima Global Solutions, an IT consulting and solutions provider led by Mahesh Yadav, is marking its 25th anniversary with its fourth appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
The Hamilton, N.J.-based company ranked No. 4,525 nationally on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. It was among 147 New Jersey companies recognized and one of nine honorees from the Princeton/Hamilton area.
The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held companies based on percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.
Founded in 2001 as a boutique IT staffing firm, Optima now provides IT staffing and custom solutions development and has expanded into cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
Its cybersecurity services include cyber risk and governance, Zero Trust strategy and implementation, AI security, incident readiness and organizational resilience.
The company’s AI services include strategic advisory, intelligent automation and AI solutions aimed at helping organizations move from exploration to implementation while addressing operational, security and governance challenges.
“Reaching 25 years is an achievement we’re proud of, but we’re not looking backward,” Yadav, Optima’s president and CEO, said. “The technology landscape is changing faster than ever, and our clients need more than another technology vendor.”
Yadav serves as a board member of TechUnited, NJ, and as an advisory board member with the School of Business’ Department of Information Analytics at Montclair State University. He is also an angel investor in early-stage and growth-oriented technology companies in the U.S. and India.
Yadav founded the South Asian Golf Association, which promotes golf in the South Asian community, and serves on the board of The First Tee Greater Trenton.
