Out As Veep, Trump May Have Vivek In The Cabinet

TAMPA, FL – Vivek Ramaswamy, originally rumored to be on the shortlist for Trump’s running mate, has reportedly been told personally by the Republican presidential nominee that he is out of the running for that office.
Bloomberg reports that Ramaswamy, who lost the primaries but has been a strong backer and molded himself in the image of Trump, is being considered for the cabinet including as the head of the Department of Homeland Security.
Ramaswamy’s controversial stances on immigration, such as advocating for the deportation of Dreamers, and his foreign policy proposals, including allowing China to invade Taiwan post-2028 and permitting Russia to retain occupied parts of Ukraine, have garnered attention.

He’s an asset for any administration working under any capacity. I agree with Trump, that being a VP is a waste of his time and talent, he’ll do an incredible job as a Homeland Security Chief, since this job requires someone to take a very hard stance and make decisions that may not be popular for himself . But if anyone has the courage and veracity and intelligence it is Vivek and he will prevail. Public policy matters and an agenda is a first step in the formulation process. I do not believe that Donald Trump or Vivek understands the basic building blocks of the policy agenda. They are shooting hot air as cows do on a pasture, just polluting the environment instead of cleaning it. Nikki was the only one in the Republican Gang having any sense of the direction of their party goals. Donald Trump and the Gang are street fighters without any agenda, plan, or strategy. For all of them, “chickens will be coming home to roost,” in November of this year.
