Papaya and Vegetable Salad


2 cups Grated Raw Papaya (long strands)

1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts

1/4 cup Sliced and Boiled French Beans

1/4 cup Chopped Tomato (juliennes)

1/4 cup Chopped Yellow Capsicum (juliennes)

1/4 cup Grated Carrots

1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

1 tbsp Chopped Basil


Note: The dressing ingredients are not provided. Please add your preferred dressing or use a standard vinaigrette.


In a salad bowl, combine all the vegetables – grated raw papaya, chopped roasted peanuts, sliced and boiled French beans, chopped tomato, chopped yellow capsicum, grated carrots, chopped parsley, and chopped basil.

Prepare the dressing separately and pour it over the mixed veggies in the salad bowl.

Toss the salad well to ensure the dressing coats the vegetables evenly.

Serve the papaya and vegetable salad immediately for a fresh and nutritious experience.

Note: You can customize the dressing based on your taste preferences. Popular dressings include olive oil and balsamic vinegar, lemon vinaigrette, or a honey mustard dressing. Adjust the quantities according to your liking.
