
Rohini Bedi Recognized At International Women’s Day Gala

LOS ANGELES, CA –Fashion designer and entrepreneur Rohini Bedi was honored at the International Women’s Day Gala 2025, held at the Taglyan Complex here on March 8. She joined a group of women, including Congresswoman Diane Watson, Natasha Graziano, Cynthia Rothrock, Virgelia Villegas and Sue Wong who were celebrated for their contributions to their respective fields and communities.
With over 30 years of experience in fashion design, Rohini has carved out a niche as a custom bridal and wedding designer. She is the founder of Fashion by Rohini, an Indian bridal and designer fashion store on Pioneer Boulevard, where she offers clients exclusive Indian couture. Her boutique works with top designers to provide high-end fashion, with services like personalized fittings, alterations, and customizations.

In addition to her work in fashion, Rohini has contributed to the business community as the former president of the Artesia Chamber of Commerce. During her time at the helm, she introduced several initiatives, including evening business mixers, a podcast, and a Business of the Month feature aimed at supporting local businesses. She also played a key role in securing federal grants for small businesses during the pandemic.
Rohini is also a board member of SAHARA, a non-profit organization that serves survivors of abuse and promotes women’s empowerment. Through her involvement, she helps further the organization’s mission to assist women on their paths to healing and independence.
