
9th Annual Women’s Conference In Dallas Highlights Leadership, Innovation

DALLAS, TX – The US-India Chamber of Commerce (USICOC) hosted its 9th Annual Women’s Conference on February 28, bringing together more than 450 attendees in one of North Texas’ largest women-focused business events. The conference served as a platform for networking, professional development, and discussions on leadership and innovation.
Former U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison delivered the keynote address, sharing insights on leadership, resilience, and the evolving role of women in shaping the business and political landscape. Hutchison, a trailblazer in public service and business, emphasized the importance of perseverance and strategic vision in achieving success.
The event also featured panel discussions with accomplished women executives and entrepreneurs, who shared their experiences and strategies for professional growth. Discussions focused on overcoming challenges, fostering innovation, and advancing women’s leadership across industries.
The Women’s Conference was founded by Neeti Khaitan and Neel Goguntala, whose commitment to empowering women in business has helped establish the event as a key gathering for professional women in the region.
