Priyanka Chopra’s Father-In-Law Delights Fans In India
MUMBAI, (ANI)- The pre-wedding festivities of Priyanka Chopra’s brother, Siddharth Chopra, and his fiancée, Neelam Upadhyaya, have captivated fans and the media.
Currently in Mumbai for the wedding, Priyanka has been the center of attention at the celebrations. On Wednesday night, the mehendi and haldi functions took place, with Priyanka seen dancing and enjoying the occasion.
She looked ethereal in an ivory ensemble featuring a sleeveless corset-style choli paired with a lehenga skirt adorned with intricate multicolored embroidery. Her makeup was kept natural with a dewy finish, and she styled her hair in soft, wavy curls. She completed her look with a diamond and pink pear-drop necklace, matching earrings, rings, and a bracelet.
Accompanying her at the event were her in-laws, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. and Denise Miller-Jonas. Kevin Jonas looked dashing in a traditional sherwani, while Denise exuded elegance in a coral-colored saree, her hair adorned with white flowers. Priyanka’s cousin, Mannara Chopra, also attended, flaunting her mehendi.
However, it was Priyanka’s father-in-law, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., who won hearts with a thoughtful gesture. As the event concluded, the Chopra family stepped out to thank the media covering the function. The female members of the family distributed sweet boxes, while Kevin Jonas personally handed out sweets and food to photographers. Addressing the media, he said, “I want to say thank you from Priyanka. We would like to provide you with some food for being so kind.”
Priyanka shared glimpses of the festivities on social media, including moments from the Mata Ki Chowki function, writing, “With the blessings of Durga Maa.”
Siddharth Chopra and Neelam Upadhyaya, engaged in August 2024 after their roka ceremony in April, are set to tie the knot soon.
On the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in SS Rajamouli’s tentatively titled SSB29 alongside Mahesh Babu. The film, written by Vijayendra Prasad, remains under wraps. Additionally, Anuja, a film she produced, recently earned an Oscar 2025 nomination in the Live Action Short category.
