India-West Staff Reporter
MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Indo-American Cultural Foundation of Central Jersey (IACFNJ) hosted its Grand Navratri Garba celebration on September 20 and 27 at Monroe Township High School, here.
The two-day event drew a large, diverse crowd from across Central New Jersey.

Attendees of all ages, including up to three generations of families, filled the dance floor with energetic Garba, Dandiya-Raas, and Sanedo performances.
Each evening began with traditional Garba and Aarti (prayers) to Goddess Amba Maa, with the stage beautifully recreating a temple setting. A live band, led by Mahesh Mehta, provided music for the festivities.
