Archana Puran Singh Returns As Ms Briganza

MUMBAI (ANI)- The highly anticipated film Nadaaniyan, starring Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan, has locked its release date.

Produced by Karan Johar, the movie will premiere on Netflix on March 7. A newly released promo offers a glimpse into the film’s storyline, set in a classroom reminiscent of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Archana Puran Singh reprises her role as Ms Briganza, introducing a new generation to Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Khushi Kapoor plays Pia, a lovestruck student, while Ibrahim Ali Khan portrays Arjun, a suave classmate. When Ms Briganza asks Arjun about love, he responds with a twist on Shah Rukh Khan’s classic dialogue from the cult classic  “Pyaar ek arrangement hai” (Love is an arrangement).

Netflix captioned the promo post on Instagram: “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai aisi Nadaaniyan dekh kar. Watch Nadaaniyan, out 7 March, only on Netflix!”

Directed by Shauna Gautam, the film is jointly produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Misra under Dharmatic Entertainment.
