CORONA, CA – The Indian American Impact Fund has announced its endorsement of Anuj Dixit, who is running for Congress in California’s 41st congressional district. Dixit aims to unseat incumbent Ken Calvert in a race identified by Democrats as a key “red-to-blue” priority for potentially flipping the U.S. House in 2026.
Chintan Patel, Executive Director of the Indian American Impact Fund, stated, “We’re thrilled to endorse Anuj Dixit, a fierce advocate for democracy and opportunity. Anuj understands the challenges facing working and middle-class families because he’s lived them—and he’s spent his career fighting for the rights and dignity of others.”
Patel added that Dixit is “ready to make it easier for people to start small businesses, find good-paying jobs, and afford the basics—like buying a car, owning a home, and building financial security.”
Dixit, described as “a bold new voice for the Inland Empire,” is positioned as representing “the next generation of leadership, focused on delivering real results for working and middle-class families.”
The PAC highlighted his dedication to fighting for justice, defending voting rights, advocating for fair elections, and standing up for democratic values, a commitment he plans to bring to Washington.
In response to the endorsement, Dixit said, “This organization has led the way in making sure that communities like mine—often overlooked and underestimated—finally have a seat at the table.” Dixit, who is the son of immigrants and a civil rights lawyer, emphasized, “As the son of immigrants, a civil rights lawyer, and someone who’s spent his life fighting for fairness, I share that mission deeply.”

Having the endorsement and support of the Indian American Impact Fund is a good start. Additionally, Anuj Dixit will need endorsements from cross-cultural leadership in the 41st Congressional District. The Riverside County Democratic Party members will be meeting to converse and discuss the future of the Democratic Party in the District at Lake Elsinore on Thursday, June 12, at 6:30 PM. He needs to muster and show strength by numbers. Take as many vocal supporters as possible by establishing a carpool of active backers. As of today, there are 7 registered Democrats who have declared their intentions to run for the Democratic open slot. Others are considering running. An early investment in time and money is significant at this juncture.
