Construction Yet To Begin, Trump Tower Sells Out On Launch Day In India
India-West News Desk
NEW DELHI – Trump Residences, a luxury housing project in Gurgaon, sold all 298 units on the day of its launch, recording sales worth ₹3,250 crore. The units, priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore, include four penthouses reportedly sold for ₹125 crore each. The project is located in Sector 69 along the Southern Peripheral Road.
The development is a joint effort by Smartworld Developers, Tribeca Developers, and The Trump Organization. While construction has yet to begin, the developers said the strong buyer response reflects ongoing demand for branded luxury real estate in the Delhi-NCR region.
“This launch proves the unmatched magnetic pull of the Trump brand and how deeply it resonates with India’s most discerning buyers,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, which leads sales and quality control for the project.
Pankaj Bansal, founder of Smartworld Developers, added, “The phenomenal response to Trump Residences is a testament to the aspiration for world-class living in India. We thank our buyers for their trust in our vision.”
This is the second Trump-branded residential project in the region. The first, Trump Towers Delhi NCR in Sector 65, was launched in 2018 and is scheduled for delivery later this month.
The Trump Organization, founded in 1927 by Frederick C. Trump, was later expanded by Donald Trump, who took control in the 1970s. The company is now led by his sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
