Edison, NJ Gets World’s Largest Indoor Karting Track and Entertainment Site

EDISON, NJ – Supercharged Entertainment, the world’s largest indoor, multi-level karting track and premier entertainment venue opened here, on December 16. It is the company’s second, and largest U.S. location behind its flagship complex which opened to enthusiastic crowds in 2019 in Wrentham, MA, just a few minutes south of Gillette Stadium.
Supercharged Entertainment Edison, is a karting, and entertainment experience that is the fruition of the three-year vision of President and CEO Stephen and Sandra Sangermano. “Sandi and I are thrilled to open what we believe is New Jersey’s and the world’s best, all-in-one karting and entertainment venue,” said Stephen Sangermano in a statement, “Supercharged Entertainment Edison has something for everyone – couples, families, kids, groups, and companies. We’re beyond excited to show all of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania the exhilarating and insane fun our Edison location has to offer.”
The biggest draw of the 131,000-square-foot venue on 16 acres is the two uniquely designed kart tracks that can combine into one 80,000-square-foot Supertrack. The 18-horsepower all-electric karts really make you feel the power and can go up to 45 mph.
A press release said that attractions include: nineteen lanes of axe throwing with interactive projection targets and games and full food and bar service; a two-story arcade with over 160 games including VR, a drop and twist two-story attraction, bionic bumper cars, a full-service restaurant with more than 30 beers on tap, and group and event areas, with optional catering.
