Ektaa Kapoor Celebrates 25 Years Of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’

MUMBAI-Television producer Ektaa Kapoor has marked 25 years of her popular romantic drama ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, which premiered on October 29, 2001, by sharing a nostalgic video celebrating the show’s memorable characters and love story.

Kapoor shared the video on Instagram, featuring moments from the series with its title track, ‘Kyunki Chahat Ke Safar Mein’, playing in the background. She also floated the idea of using ‘Chahat Ke Safar Mein’ as the title of one of her upcoming projects, asking fans what they thought of the idea.

The post prompted fans to revisit their memories of the show, with several recalling its characters and lead pairing.

“Loved this show so so much! This pairing and everything about the show,” one user commented.

Another praised actress Shweta Tiwari, who played Prerna, saying no one could replace her in the role and that the show would remain “eternal.”

One fan urged Kapoor to bring the series back, recalling how they used to visit other people’s homes to watch it because their family did not own a television at the time. The fan said that although they now had a television, they missed the show and its characters and had followed Kapoor’s serials since childhood. (IANS)
