WASHINGTON, DC – In an interesting initiative, the Indian American Impact Fund has launched a Postcard Program, aimed at increasing voter turnout in the upcoming elections.
Featuring artwork by talented South Asian artists, these postcards are not just visually stunning but also an effective way to connect with voters, the organization said.
Handwritten postcards have been shown to significantly boost voter turnout by adding a personal touch. They offer an easy and meaningful way for individuals across the country to contribute to the electoral process, whether alone or in groups.
In addition to postcard writing, the Impact Fund is also encouraging people to join their phone banks and canvassing efforts, which it said “can lead to important conversations.”
The Indian American Impact Fund invites everyone to get involved by ordering these free postcards to engage voters in key swing states. They also encourage hosting postcard writing parties, where friends, family, or community members can gather for a fun and impactful session.
