MUMBAI (ANI) – Kiran Rao’s film Laapataa Ladies has been rebranded as Lost Ladies as it gears up for the international stage. Selected as India’s official entry for the 2025 Oscars, the film launched its Academy Awards campaign on November 12 with the reveal of a fresh, vibrant poster.
The new poster showcases the main characters in a lively, quirky style, hinting at the playful spirit of Lost Ladies. A tagline on the poster reads, “Sometimes you have to lose your way to find yourself,” capturing the essence of the film’s journey. Accompanying the release, the team shared a message on social media, saying, “The wait is over! Presenting the official poster for Lost Ladies—a glimpse into the wild, heartfelt journey of Phool and Jaya! Directed by Kiran Rao and produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kindling Pictures, and Jio Studios, Lost Ladies features an ensemble cast including Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, Ravi Kishan, and Chhaya Kadam.
