Harsh Gujral Recalls Gully Cricket Days With Kuldeep Yadav

LUCKNOW – Comedian and actor Harsh Gujral recently attended the wedding reception of Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika Chadha.

Speaking there, Gujral highlighted their shared roots in Kanpur, noting that the two grew up as neighbors. He fondly recalled their childhood playing gully cricket together in the local streets and joked that despite Kuldeep’s international success, they would return to playing in those same streets now that he is grown.

Gujral humorously remarked that Kuldeep is the first Indian cricketer to win two world cups in fifteen days, referring to his recent marriage and his professional sporting achievements.

The wedding itself was a relatively private affair featuring traditional Indian customs and rituals such as the mehendi and sangeet.

While the guest list remained limited to close family, friends, and select cricketing colleagues, social media glimpses showed the left-arm wrist spinner in traditional attire, marking a significant personal milestone in his journey from a young Uttar Pradesh athlete to an international sports figure.
