MUMBAI – Kapil Sharma’s recent appearance at the Mumbai airport has sparked widespread online chatter, with fans noting the comedian’s noticeably slimmer physique.

Known for his comic timing and popular TV shows, Sharma was spotted traveling to an undisclosed destination in a grey co-ord set, white sneakers, and sunglasses. His leaner frame quickly became a talking point across social media.

Some users praised the transformation. “Best example of hard work. Love you Kapil paji,” one fan posted. Others speculated whether the change was linked to Ozempic, a diabetes drug increasingly used off-label for weight loss. “He’s been taking Ozempic, lol,” read a comment.

Sharma has not addressed the speculation. His transformation follows a string of celebrity weight-loss stories, including filmmaker Karan Johar.

On the professional front, Sharma is set to return to the big screen in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, a sequel to his 2015 film debut. He recently shared promotional posters on Instagram—one showing him as a groom alongside a veiled bride, another set in a nikaah ceremony. The visuals suggest a comedic love triangle, in keeping with the original.
