Kash Patel’s FBI Arrests Judge, Trump’s Battle With Justice System Escalates

WASHINGTON, D.C. – An explosive development has emerged in the Trump administration’s ongoing battle with the justice system: the FBI’s arrest of a Milwaukee County judge, allegedly for obstructing an immigration arrest.

It was announced via a now-deleted social media post by Kash Patel, a prominent figure known for his staunch alignment with President Donald Trump.

Early on April 25, Patel, the FBI Director, tweeted the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his post, Patel stated the charges against Judge Dugan stemmed from evidence indicating she obstructed an immigration arrest operation the previous week.

This apparent arrest of a state-level judge by federal authorities marks a significant and dramatic escalation in the administration’s contentious relationship with the judiciary, Politico noted.

The reasons behind the subsequent deletion of Patel’s post remain unclear.

Earlier in the week, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel had reported an FBI investigation into her activities.

In his since-removed social media statement, Patel provided the administration’s perspective on the matter. “We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” Patel wrote. He further asserted that the judge’s actions “created increased danger to the public.”
