WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), the senior member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has formally called on Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Attorney General Pam Bondi to actively secure testimony from Andrew Mountbatten Windsor regarding the ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network.

In a letter sent November 7, Krishnamoorthi stressed the need for “full transparency and accountability” for Epstein’s survivors and the public from anyone with knowledge of the criminal enterprise.

Krishnamoorthi pointed to the U.S.–U.K. Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT), asserting that the State and Justice Departments possess the clear authority under this agreement to request assistance from the British government for securing witness testimony and evidence.

The Congressman insisted that if Mountbatten Windsor enters U.S. jurisdiction, the administration “must be prepared to compel his cooperation through lawful subpoena authority or other appropriate mechanisms.”

The Democratic congressman warned that recent “delays in the release of the so-called Epstein Files” have fueled public suspicion that the Administration might be protecting powerful figures from scrutiny.
