Kumar Sanu’s Daughter Shannon K To Perform At Coachella

INDIO, CA (ANI)- Singer-actor Shannon K is set to make her debut at the iconic Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2025.

Daughter of legendary Bollywood playback singer Kumar Sanu, Shannon becomes the first Indian-origin indie artist to represent India at the globally celebrated music festival. Coachella 2025 will be held across two weekends—April 11–13 and April 18–20—at the Empire Polo Club here, with an expected audience of over 120,000 music lovers.

In a statement, Shannon shared her excitement, saying, “It’s in the bucket list of every Indian-origin indie artist working hard to break boundaries and make their music heard. This is the beginning of something incredible, and I’m so excited for it.”

Known for her unique blend of indie-pop and soulful vocals, Shannon will perform a mix of her original tracks alongside iconic Bollywood hits by her father. Her set will include crowd favorites like Give Me Your Hand—which earned her international acclaim and the Best International Singer Award—A Longtime, Always, Run, Retrace, and OMT, her cross-cultural collaboration with Sonu Nigam.
