Lemony Twist

For Eid, make this sweet, creamy, and addictive treat in no more than ten minutes.

Ingredients:

*1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

*1/2 cup of sugar

*2 cups water

*6 cups vanilla or pineapple ice cream

Method:

*In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

*Chill the mixture after adding water.

*Blend the ice cream of your choice with the chilled lemonade in a blender.

*Blend until the mixture is smooth.

*Serve with a lemon slice as a garnish.

*You must enjoy this with a hefty, delicious meal!
