MAGA Squabbles: Kash Patel’s Girlfriend Goes To Court

India-West News Desk

WASHINGTON, DC – Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, is suing several fellow MAGA supporters of President Donald Trump over what she says are false and damaging claims that she is an agent of Israeli intelligence sent to compromise Patel. Despite the lawsuits, those named have remained defiant, continuing to post about Wilkins and Patel on social media.

Wilkins, 26, is a country music singer, podcast host, writer, and conservative commentator with more than 90,000 followers on Instagram. She and Patel reportedly began dating in early 2023. She has filed three defamation lawsuits in response to the spread of the conspiracy theory portraying her as a “honeypot” working for a foreign government.

The first lawsuit targets Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent turned podcaster. The court documents state that Seraphin “maliciously lied about Alexis Wilkins, falsely asserting that she is an agent of foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI.” Seraphin has continued posting about Patel and Wilkins, joking about the lawsuit in a November 3 post on X: “I’ll take ‘how to catch a lawsuit from the FBI Director’s girlfriend’ for $500, Alex.”

The second lawsuit was filed on October 31 against Sam Parker, a former U.S. Senate candidate in Utah. Parker has not commented directly on the lawsuit but has continued posting content related to Patel and Wilkins.

The third lawsuit targets conservative influencer Elijah Schaffer, CEO of Rift TV. The filing claims Schaffer “used this fabricated narrative as self-enriching clickbait,” and Wilkins is seeking to hold him accountable for spreading false information. Schaffer responded on X, calling the lawsuit “the legal equivalent of your romantic partner getting mad at you for cheating on her in her dream” and described it as “totally delusional and paranoid legal behavior.”

The controversy has drawn commentary from other conservative figures. Candace Owens, in a widely viewed X post, wrote: “Kash Patel has to step down. This is excruciatingly embarrassing. He’s a teenager in love representing the Federal government.”

Wilkins is seeking $5 million in damages in each of the cases.
