Miranda Kerr Reveals Secret To Family Calm: Vedic Meditation For Her Children

LOS ANGELES, CA – Supermodel Miranda Kerr recently revealed that she has integrated Vedic meditation and the practice of “Vedic rounding” into her family’s daily life, teaching her children personalized mantras to foster a sense of calm and connection.

In an interview for the LYMA Power Women series in early February 2026, Kerr explained that her three oldest sons—Flynn, Hart, and Myles—have all been trained in the technique, which she has practiced personally since the age of 17. She tailors the duration of the practice to their ages: her six-year-old meditates for six minutes, her seven-year-old for seven minutes, and so forth.

Kerr noted that her eldest son, 15-year-old Flynn, has taken a proactive interest in the practice this year, requesting to join her for 20-minute sessions at 6:00 a.m. On the days he meditates, he says he feels much calmer, Kerr shared.

The model’s morning routine begins at 5:30 a.m., a habit she developed after meeting her husband, Snap Inc. CEO Evan Spiegel. Formerly a night owl, Kerr said she now embraces the early schedule and the quiet time it affords before her children wake up.

Her disciplined approach extends to the evening, where she begins winding down the household as early as 4:30 p.m. with an early dinner. By 5:00 p.m., she dims the lights and plays relaxing music throughout the house to help her children transition toward sleep. Once her children are in bed, Kerr dedicates time to her own wellness and skincare rituals, which include laser therapy and specialized overnight masks. (IANS)
