ONTARIO, CA – Just 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, the Ontario Convention Center was the scene of huge crowds of Indian Americans thronging for nine days, July 2- 10 to hear the master Morari Bapu speak on India’s great epic, the Ramayana.
The center was packed with devotees not only from the Southern California region but from throughout the US, India, and even Africa.
For Morari Bapu, it was his 899th Ramkatha in Hindi and once again included his universal message of truth, love, and compassion. Drawing from the work of Goswami Tulsidas, Morari Bapu gave a detailed exposition of verses that combined in his talk, philosophy and bhakti, moving the audience. His talks, as ever, pointed toward the practical application of every spiritual learning.
The hosts of Morari Bapu were Rajubhai and Minalben Chollera who were presented a proclamation of appreciation by the city of Cerritos. (photos: Rajendra Vora)
