Paustic Palak Parantha
Ingredients
Wheat flour | ¾ cup |
Oil | 2 tbsp |
Spinach Chopped | ¼ cup |
Green chilies | 2 pieces |
Ginger paste | ½ tsp |
Lemon juice | ½ tsp |
Coriander powder | ¼ tsp |
Garam masala | ¼ tsp |
Water | 1/5 cup |
Salt | to taste |
Method
Chop green chilies.
Add oil (1 tsp), chopped spinach and other
ingredients into wheat flour and make a
dough.
Cover dough with wet cloth and keep it
aside for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, roll it
and place on a hot tawa and wait till slightly
cooked.
Turn and wait till brown marks appear.
Apply some oil, turn and shallow-fry from
both sides.
