SCHAUMBURG, IL– Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi’s campaign for the U.S. Senate reported raising more than $3 million in the third quarter of 2025, marking the third consecutive quarter in which he has crossed that benchmark. The campaign said it will close the reporting period with over $17.5 million cash on hand.

The Democrat has maintained a commanding lead in recent primary polling, including surveys conducted by groups backing his opponent. His campaign has been active on airwaves since July with ads titled “Bullies,” “Underdog,” and “29,” while he spent the summer traveling across the state on a listening tour that included stops in Moline, Petersburg, Bloomington, East Alton, Mount Vernon, Carbondale, Springfield, and Rockford.

In August, Krishnamoorthi unveiled his “Trump Accountability Plan,” drawing statewide media attention for proposals aimed at curbing the former president’s influence.

Campaign manager Brexton Isaacs credited grassroots support for the fundraising momentum. “Thanks to tens of thousands of supporters, we are one quarter closer to sending Raja Krishnamoorthi — a proven fighter with a record of delivering for Illinois — to the U.S. Senate,” Isaacs said in a statement.
