Sadhguru Backed Save Soil Movement Inspires Global Track ‘Ancient Seed’

LOS ANGELES, CA – Global music is getting a conscious shake-up with ‘Ancient Seed,’ a new single from Dhee, Tiwa Savage, Santhosh Narayanan, and WondaGurl, which dropped on March 6.

The track is the first release from WondaGurl’s upcoming Conscious Planet EP, a genre-blending project designed to raise awareness about soil degradation, one of the planet’s most urgent environmental crises.

The project is linked to the Save Soil movement, founded by yogi and visionary Sadhguru in 2022. Sadhguru, the renowned founder of the Isha Foundation, launched Save Soil to protect and restore the world’s rapidly degrading soils. The movement has already reached billions of people globally and supports hundreds of thousands of farmers in adopting regenerative agriculture.

‘Ancient Seed’ is a vibrant fusion of Indo and Afro beats. Dhee, the Sri Lankan Tamil-Australian singer, and Nigerian Afrobeats icon Tiwa Savage lead the vocals, while India’s Santhosh Narayanan adds his signature musical textures. WondaGurl, the Canadian-Nigerian producer, ties it all together with dynamic production that gives the track both global energy and ecological urgency.

Part of the single’s royalties will support Save Soil’s work.

The full Conscious Planet EP, releasing later this year, will include an interactive digital experience that lets listeners explore the soil crisis firsthand. ‘Ancient Seed’ proves that music can do more than move feet: it can move minds and help the planet, too.
