SoCal Hindus Protest Violence In Bangladesh

LOS ANGELES, CA – More than 25 Hindu organizations representing Hindus across Southern California joined to protest against the targeting of Hindus in Bangladesh.

The protest on August 16 on Sunset Blvd here, near the CNN building was well attended.

The protest highlighted the attacks which has resulted in several deaths in just the last two weeks and the ransacking of temples and churches.

Dr. Amit Desai, called upon elected officials to take immediate action to stop the violence.
