Mixed Vegetable Raita
Ingredients:
- Curd: 3/4 cup
- Potato: 1 medium size
- Onion: 1 small size
- Tomato: 1 small size
- Coriander leaves: 5g (few)
- Green chili: 1 piece
- Roasted cumin powder: ¼ tsp
- Red chili powder: ¼ tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black salt: to taste
- Cooked preparation: 2 bowls
Method:
1. Chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
2. Boil the potato and cut it into small pieces.
3. Blend the curd separately.
4. Add the chopped vegetables, boiled potatoes, and other ingredients to the curd.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
