Aditya Pancholi Guilty But Prison Term Dismissed

MUMBAI, (ANI) – The sessions court here has upheld the conviction of actor Aditya Pancholi in a 2005 parking assault case but modified the one-year jail term and ordered his release for good behavior.

The actor has also been directed to pay a compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh to assault victim Pratik Pashine .

The Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate had in November 2016 convicted the actor and sentenced him to one-year simple imprisonment for assaulting Pashine.

Pancholi had appealed against his conviction and sentencing in the case.
