Avocado, Banana,Tumeric Lassi

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 banana

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric

a good dash of black pepper

a pinch of salt (optional)

1 tbsp or more sweetener of choice, honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar etc.

Pinch of turmeric and pepper for garnishing

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend for a minute until smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness and blend again for 15 seconds.

Pour into serving glasses and serve sprinkled with a pinch of turmeric and pepper to garnish.
