Cucumber Raita
Ingredients:
· Curd: ½ cup
· Cucumber: 2 medium size
· Coriander leaves: A few
· Green chilies: 1 piece
· Roasted cumin powder: ¼ tsp
· Red chili powder: ¼ tsp
· Salt to taste
· Black salt to taste
Method:
1. Grate the cucumber.
2. Blend the curd.
3. Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder to the blended curd.
4. Add the grated cucumber and chopped green chilies, and mix properly.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
