Gobhi Ki Kheer
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Cauliflower grated ½ cup
Sugar 2 dsp
Refined oil 1 dsp
Raisins 10 piece
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Cooked preparation 1 cup
Method
1.Grate and blanch cauliflower.
2. Heat oil and sauté grated cauliflower.
3. Add milk and cook while stirring frequently
till done.
4. Add dry fruits and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Remove from fire and add sugar.
6. Allow it to cool and serve.
