Indian Americans Attend CA Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva’s Swearing-In

BUENA PARK, CA – A strong contingent of Indian American community members attended the swearing-in ceremony of CA State Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva, who was reelected for the fifth time. US District Court Judge David O. Carter performed the ceremony.
Congressman Lou Correa, State Senator Josh Newman, Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris, and several other officials from her district were present.
Among Indian Americans in attendance were Rajendra Vora of the Jain Social Group Beverly Hills, Yogi Patel of Lebon Hospitality, Parimal Shah & Rohini Bedi from the Artesia Chamber of Commerce, and Natu Patel, a press release said.
Democrat Quirk-Silva represents the 65th district which includes Fullerton, Anaheim, Cypress, La Palma, Cerritos and Artesia.
