Is Raj Kiran In Atlanta? Somy Ali Makes Emotional Search For Actor

MUMBAI- Actress Somy Ali has said she has been trying to trace 1980s actor Raj Kiran for nearly two decades, and on April 12 shared an emotional social media post seeking information about his whereabouts.

As part of her search for the ‘Karz’ actor, Somy posted a heartfelt message recalling their time working together and describing his fi’lm ‘Arth’ as one of her all-time favorites.

Referring to their last film together, Agnichakra,’ she wrote, “Raj Kiran ji…Where are you? As your film Arth is one of my all-time favorites, I’ve been carrying memories of our Bollywood days — especially our last film together, Agnichakra — like quiet treasures. The warmth, the laughter… my heart keeps pulling me back. (sic)”

Somy said she had heard Raj Kiran’s last known whereabouts were in Atlanta.

“I heard your last known whereabouts were in Atlanta, a city I’ve visited many times. If anyone knows how to reach him, please tag him or message me. Some connections deserve to be found again,” she added.

She signed off the post saying, “With love and hope, Somy Ali.”

Raj Kiran according to reports, after a slew of hits, later faced personal and professional difficulties, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.

Somy Ali  had promised late actor Rishi Kapoor that she would try to find his close friend, but has so far been unsuccessful. (IANS)
