Ishaan Khatter Wants To, But Is Not Able To Steal Shahid Kapoor’s Shoes

MUMBAI (ANI)-Actor Ishaan Khatter shares a special bond with his elder brother Shahid Kapoor and admires his style.

In a conversation, Ishaan revealed his love for Shahid’s fashion choices and his occasional habit of borrowing from his wardrobe.

“Time and again, I have stolen things from his wardrobe, but the one thing I can’t take is his shoes because we don’t have the same size. My feet are bigger than his, so it’s the bane of my existence. But such is life,” he shared.

Ishaan, who received appreciation for his performance in The Perfect Couple, also reflected on his experience working with Nicole Kidman.

“I was taken aback by how sincere and devoted she is to her craft, even after all these years. That should be the standard, but you rarely see it,” he said.

He admired how Kidman prepared for scenes by ad-libbing and building energy before stepping into a shot, a method he resonated with as an actor.

Looking ahead, he is excited about his upcoming Netflix project, The Royals, where he stars alongside Zeenat Aman and Bhumi Pednekar.

“It’s a fresh, fun, and binge-able series with something for everyone,” he said.

On working with Zeenat Aman, he added, “We had a blast. She is an icon.”

In The Royals, directed by Nupur Asthana, Ishaan plays Prince Charming in an eight-episode modern-day Indian royalty rom-com that explores the glamour and romance of royal life.

The series also features Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Milind Soman, and Dino Morea.
