Janhvi, Khushi Recreate ‘Loveyapa Hogaya’ Hook Step With A Comical Twist

MUMBAI – In a delightful Instagram reel that brought smiles all around, Bollywood sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor recreated the hook step of Loveyapa Hogaya from the upcoming film Loveyapa. Adding to the hilarity was their father, producer Boney Kapoor, who made a surprise appearance in the background.

Khushi shared the video with the cheeky caption, “Nikla tha love karne par papa aagaya #Loveyapa.” In the reel, Janhvi and Khushi are seen nailing the signature move from the song, which is originally picturized on Junaid Khan and Khushi herself. Boney Kapoor’s unexpected cameo added a dose of humor to the clip.

The post received a wave of reactions, with their half-brother Arjun Kapoor commenting, “Best alaap ever!!” and actor Varun Dhawan dropping laughing emojis in the comments section.

The song Loveyapa Hogaya, released on January 3, is described as “A Love Anthem for the Youth.” Featuring vibrant beats and relatable lyrics, the track highlights the romantic chemistry between Junaid Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, and Khushi Kapoor.

Directed by Advait Chandan, Loveyapa is a youthful drama about a couple whose relationship takes a dramatic turn after they exchange mobile phones and uncover startling truths about each other. The cast includes Radhika Sarathkumar, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu, Eijaz Khan, and others.

The movie marks Junaid Khan’s Bollywood debut, following his successful Netflix drama Maharaj. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor, who was last seen in The Archies, which failed to draw audiences, hopes to win over audiences with this fresh pairing.

Jointly produced by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment, Loveyapa is set for a theatrical release on February 7.
