Jr NTR’s ‘Devara: Part 1’ Wins Hearts In Japan

NEW DELHI (ANI)- Superstar Jr NTR recently shared a heartfelt experience from his visit to Japan, where his film Devara: Part 1 has been receiving immense love from fans.

In a social media post, Jr NTR revealed that a Japanese fan had learned Telugu after watching his blockbuster RRR, a gesture that deeply moved him.

“Being a lover of cinema and languages, the power of cinema to bridge cultures and inspire a fan to learn a language is something I will never forget,” he wrote.

The actor also shared a video from an event in Japan, where excited fans cheered for him. “Overwhelmed, Japan! Can’t wait for the Japanese audience to experience #Devara in cinemas from March 28th,” he posted.

Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara: Part 1 marks Jr NTR’s return to the big screen following his Golden Globe and Oscar success with RRR. In the film, he takes on dual roles as Devara and Varadha, set against a dramatic coastal backdrop of shifting power dynamics.

The film, released in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, also features Janhvi Kapoor in a key role.
