Longitude77 Kashmiri Saffron Sour
Ingredients:
60ml Longitude 77 Indian Single Malt Whisky
30ml Kashmiri Saffron Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
3 drops Egg White or Magic Velvet
1 Lemon (Green)
Grapes for garnish
Kashmiri Chili Oil
Kashmiri Saffron Strands
Method:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (shake without ice) to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish by using a dropper to add saffron/chili oil.
You can also garnish the drink with Kashmiri Saffron Strands.
Optionally, you can add a lemon wedge or a grape for an extra touch of garnish.
